We aim to ship in-stock orders within 4 working days and you should receive your order within 2 to 3 days of shipping.
We do not always hold all sizes of all clothing lines in stock. Any item you order that is not immediately in stock will be placed on backorder with the supplier. The Mountain clothing is manufactured in the USA and can take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive.
Occasionally, we are only made aware something is discontinued when we attempt to order it from our suppliers. If this should occur, we will inform you immediately. If we are unable to contact you to arrange a suitable alternative, we will issue you a full refund.
