For both UK and International customers payment is accepted by Credit/Debit card and Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account, simply select the option to pay without an account).
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Payment must be made at the time of order. We do not accept cheques or money orders.
We endeavour to ship all in stock items within 4 working days. During peak seasons this may be extended to 8 working days.
If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering, the item will be placed on back-order.
We do not always hold all sizes of all clothing lines in stock. Any item you order that is not immediately in stock will be placed on backorder with the supplier. The Mountain clothing is manufactured in the USA and can take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive.
Occasionally, we are only made aware something is discontinued when we attempt to order it from our suppliers. If this should occur, we will inform you immediately. If we are unable to contact you to arrange a suitable alternative, we will issue you a full refund.
UK customer orders are shipped First Class and can be expected to arrive within 2 – 3 working days of dispatch, but sometimes can take up to 14 working days for delivery particularly during busy seasons.
For non-UK customers, please allow up to 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Delays can be caused by customs, local postal carriers and even the odd volcanic eruption.
Please note non-UK customers are responsible for any and all customs charges which may be due. Please contact your local Customs for details of any charges which may be due.
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error in the address provided by you or has not been collected from the sorting office/access point after a delivery attempt, we will notify you by email. We can arrange redelivery of your order, if requested. Please note a re-shipping charge of £5 is payable if you wish to arrange redelivery.
Cancellations, Exchanges, Refunds and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 calender days.
If you wish to cancel before your order is shipped, simply email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will cancel your order and refund you in full.
If you wish to cancel after your order has been shipped, please email us email@example.com to arrange a return. Returns are accepted if notified within 14 calendar days of receipt and returned within 14 calendar days of the date the return was requested. Returns made outside of 28 calender days of receipt will not be eligible for a refund and no refund will be given.
If you find the size is not correct, you can arrange an exchange for another size. Please contact us to arrange this.
Please note that for hygiene and health reasons earrings and socks (once the packaging has been opened) are non-returnable or refundable.
Items must be returned in the original sealed (where appropriate) packaging in an an unused and unworn condition, unless faulty.
Upon receipt a full refund for the cost of the order will be given, no later than 7 calendar days after receipt of returned order. Please note: if part of an order is returned that was subject to a discount or offer, you will receive a refund for the item less the pro-rata discount that was applied at the time of the order. (E.g. A purchase of 3 t-shirts with £6 discount applied to the total order, and 1 is returned. The refund given will be the original price of that t-shirt less £2).
Customers are responsible for all return costs.
Please keep any proof of postage/receipt, and advice that all returns are sent using a trackable method (such as Signed For) as we are not responsible for and cannot refund untracked returned items which are lost in transit.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to refuse further orders from customers who return worn, washed and/or soiled items.
